Park Training
Personal Training Sessions, in the Vondelpark and Oosterpark, Amsterdam…is SERIOUS TRAINING! It is, resistance training, core training, flexibility and various drills for beginning-to-advanced, hard-core workouts!
We use body weight exercises, hanging systems, dumb bells, kettle bells and balls. There are unlimited possibilities in all Fitness Trainings.
The location used is beautiful and somewhat private.
The park, being outdoors and without cardio machines, is also a perfect place for high intensity, conditioning training and “Creative Cardio”
In the nature and surrounding of the park, it is a perfect place to end an intense workout, with a great stretch. Many trainees, even stay and relax by the water for a while, after the training.
