Training Outside of the Box


‘Training Outside of the Box’, is a term I use, to describe the creative concepts, behind The Absolute Training that makes the Absolute Training so fun, diverse and effective!

The whole intention behind “Training Outside of the  Box”, is to make training truly fun and by nature, keeping one motivated and discouraging the body’s processes of adaptation, by “tricking up the body”.

Many of the ideas we hold about exercise in general, are misconceptions and sometimes just a lack of imagination!

Using the knowledge and resources we actually do have, combined with the transformation one wills to make, there are few limitations to what we can do and endless ways to achieve that transformation.

Creative Cardio and Park Training are two, fun examples of Training Outside of the Box, that are possible, in The Absolute Training.
