Intended to take some saunas pre-detox,
to get things going but here I am,
Day 3 of my 10 Day Transformation,
in nearly 190F/100C Sauna! Definitely felt body working too hard,
felt queasy and lite headed. Instead of giving up,
i drank my Power Shake with Ionic Elements. I figured if it rocks mid-workout maybe it will help me be able to stay and sweat. I started with 3 intervals of a few mins each and after 15 minutes I was feeling awesome! Stayed for what I came for: drip sweat! I followed it up with a 10 min Turkish steam bed.
