Park Training

Personal Training Sessions, in the Vondelpark,and Oosterpark,  Amsterdam….

It’s NOT ”a walk in the park”… it is SERIOUS TRAINING!

it is, resistance training, core training, flexibility and various drills for a beginning-to-advanced, hard-core workout!

With the use of  dumb bells, cables, mats and ”toys”, there are unlimited possibilities for training.

The park, being outdoors and without cardio machines, is also a perfect place for high conditioning, cardio training, in, “creative cardio”!

In the nature and surrounding of the park, it is a perfect place to end an intense workout, with a great stretch. Many trainees, even stay and relax for a while after the training.
