Outdoor Training, Day 1
Outdoor Training begins each year for me, with a skeleton workout. This one was the first one of the year; 45 mins of jump rope with push-ups, dumbbell row in plank position (dumbbells in basket) and dips, while watching the birds and getting blown by some heavy wind and occasional showers. I needed a little cardio and while the sun was shining, decided not to make the trip to the gym.
Outdoor Personal Training, normally waits to begin full-on, in May or June, with a few PT sessions given on some warmer days, during early spring. I have been giving outdoor training for about 15 years now, perfecting it more each and every year. This summer, I will definitely be posting some pics of my set-up, and training’s, for Outdoor Personal Training!
