Body Fat % and Lean Muscle Mass

Determining your Body Fat Percentage, Lean Muscle Mass, Body Circumference Measurements and Body Weight, will assist us, in goal setting and in keeping us on TARGET.

The numbers we first discover, are not the important numbers… the numbers we get, 6 weeks later, after change, will be!

“Doing Measurements” is and important tool in The Absolute Training. Normally, we will perform them, every 6 weeks, to watch them change.

If the idea, makes you nervous, NO WORRIES! I will do my utmost best to make you comfortable!

It is interesting and many times surprising (exp; BIG change in size, little change in weight), to see in numbers, theses changes occur, based on your current actions in food intake and movement.
