10 Day Transformation Flex Food
A 10 Day Transformation, especially during winter, loves a warm Flex Food. This organic vegetable broth recipe can go everywhere with you in a thermos, to give you a warm satisfied feeling, whenever you feel the need.
You may use any Organic vegetables (except potatoes) and Himalayan salt to make a veggie broth.
I double this recipe:
2 liters (8 cups) water
3 celery stalks
big bunch fresh parsley
1-2 bay leafs
1 tsp Himalayan salt
5 black peppercorns
*May also add other organic herbs, turmeric, cayenne and/or garlic (1-3 cloves), but keep breath in mind 🙂
Simmer for 30-40 mins, put through a strainer and enjoy sipping
